Internship Funding Program

As part of the Section’s commitment to fostering careers in administrative law, APLS is please to announce a new Internship Funding Program to support four internships with state agencies and other public service entities.

2026 Summer Internships

This year, APLS implemented our new Internship Funding Program to encourage careers in administrative and public law by supporting internships with state agencies and other public service entities.  The two-faceted program includes designated internships (with stipend) in Administrative Law and  “Create Your Own Experience” stipends awarded to applicants who have obtained an unpaid internship in administrative or public law in Texas.  This summer’s recipients include:

2026 Summer Internship in Administrative Law

This internship was created to provide opportunities for Texas law students interested in administrative law.  It is awarded in the Spring of each year and served during Summer of the same year:

The internship includes a $5,500 stipend for a six-week term.
