Membership
Membership in the Administrative and Public Law Section generally is limited to attorneys licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of Texas. The annual membership dues are $25.00 which may be remitted to the State Bar of Texas Sections Department. To join the Section, visit My Bar Page and join online
All Section members receive a $25 discount on the registration to the annual Advanced Texas Administrative Law Seminar.
Qualifying Section members who take and pass the Texas Board of Legal Specialization exam to become board-certified in Administrative Law may apply for a scholarship to reimburse the costs of applying for and taking the exam. See below for eligibility requirements and the application form.
